The contract.
Short on purpose.
Last updated: 2026. Guildspace is operated by The Ant Farm. By applying for, or using, an account you agree to these terms. Disputes: [email protected].
The covenant comes first
The covenant on the home page isn’t marketing. It’s the operating contract. Members give before they ask, name names, and don’t scrape, spam, or sell access. Repeated violations end membership. Editors decide the edge cases.
Who can apply
Guildspace is for senior operators — founders, executives, investors, and other contributors with a track record. We don’t list a minimum title, a years-of-experience cutoff, or a school. The bar is whether another member would find you useful in the room.
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and not on a U.S. sanctions list or under a comparable embargo.
Your account
- One human, one account. Real name only.
- You’re responsible for everything posted from your account. Don’t share sign-in links.
- If you suspect your account is compromised, email [email protected] immediately.
What you can post
Anything that contributes — Asks, Offers, Intros, Signals, Takes, Commissions, Raises, Allocations, Plugs. The covenant spells out the spirit. What you can’t do:
- No spam, ads, recruiter outreach masquerading as posts, or affiliate links.
- No content that’s illegal, defamatory, hateful, or that targets a member.
- No scraping the room, no exporting member data, no LLM training on Guildspace content without written permission.
- No malware, no phishing, no security-research payloads against the platform without coordinated disclosure.
Content ownership and the licence you give us
You keep the copyright on what you post. By posting, you grant Guildspace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and operationally process your content for the purposes of running the platform. That licence ends when you delete the content (modulo the retention windows in the privacy policy).
We don’t use your content to train third-party models.
Moderation, flagging, and quarantines
Editors review flagged content and can hide posts, quarantine accounts (a temporary pause on posting/uploading), or end membership. Three editor-confirmed flags in 30 days triggers a sponsorship-review conversation. You’ll get a DM explaining any moderation action and can reply to appeal.
Sponsor mechanics
Members vouch for invitees by spending sponsor credits. If a member you sponsored is removed for cause, you lose a credit. Sponsorship is on the record — visible on /admin/members to the editors and to the member themselves.
Billing and refunds
Paid tiers (if you subscribe to one) bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel any time from Settings → Account. We refund the unused portion of an annual plan within 14 days of the renewal charge, prorated. After that, no refunds.
Ending the relationship
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We can end your membership for breach of these terms, the covenant, or for legal reasons (sanctions, regulatory orders). We’ll tell you why, in writing.
Disclaimers and limits
Guildspace is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant the content other members post, the introductions you make, the deals you close, or the outcomes you negotiate through the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at the greater of (a) $100 USD and (b) the fees you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
None of this limits liability that can’t legally be limited (fraud, willful misconduct, statutory consumer rights).
Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against Guildspace arising from your content or your use of the platform, you’ll defend and indemnify us against it. We’ll let you run the defence; we just want notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, excluding conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Delaware unless prohibited by your local law. EU/UK consumers retain their statutory rights and venue.
Changes
Material changes get 30 days’ notice by email and a banner in-app. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it. Non-material changes are noted at the top of this page.
